Yep! I am still fixated on figuring out the master bedroom. My biggest concern about my dream upholstered headboard is that I will order it to be custom made and that it will not fit around the corner of the landing on the steps. I got a glimpse of what will fit upstairs when they delivered our King sized mattress – which had to bend to make it up. Yesterday, I came upon this headboard on pinterest. It’s like the countrified version of Nicole’s sophisticated city headboard and pendants. Call me crazy – but it looks like I could call a woodworker and have him make this headboard right there in our room.I am 100% certain that my tone-on-tone look could be achieved with a headboard (like the one in the first photo) for a fraction of the cost of an upholstered headboard. After we paint it, the electrician could come over and hook up a few sconces from Barn Light Electric. Am I on the right track? I know it’s going a little bit country instead of master bedroom luxe, but the country is where we are after all!Last, but certainly not least…bedding! I am not a colored bedding kind of person, but this white linen and cotton sheeting by Matteo is amazing. I love their neutral, natural color palette that hits each color story between white, greige, celadon, sage, cloud, plum, grey, and black.
